David Flory has published his third quarterly report on NHS finance and service performance
Details: The report shows that the NHS is still on course for a £1.8 billion surplus for this financial year, with only 17 trusts reporting a deficit.
This surplus is about two percent of the overall NHS budget and shows sensible financial management.
