What are Patient and Public Involvement Forums (PPIF)?
PPI forums are made up of groups of volunteers in your local community who are enthusiastic about helping patients and public influence the the way the local healthcare is organised. Each PPI forum is fully independent and works with a local NHS Trust. Trusts include :
1) Primary Care Trusts
2) Acute Trusts - Local Hospitals
3) Mental Health Trusts
4) Ambulance Trusts
